BBQ takes a lot of time and patience. Is Steve still going to be able to put out good quality BBQ, given his new promotion to OC? Or will he now only be responsible for beans and tater salad?

What a hidden gem we have. The Administration is reaching too much and trying to convince themselves, instead of making decisions based on history of productivity.

Well we will know who’s just a mouth piece for the Athletic Department after all this is over.

The bottom won’t fall out.

This move keeps LSU in the top 25, but doesn’t push the Tigers near the top 5, where fans want to be.

It also keeps orgeron his job for two more years.

Of course they will. They sure the hell aren't going to say "Well old Steve was the best we can do. Hopefully we can win 7 or 8 games next year".

They will make this sound like Steve is a diamond that just needed an opportunity. They will talk about how great his offense was last year and how they will install some great new scheme this year. They will discuss how the players love him and how well he works with the QB's.

If you only listen to what they will say then you will be excited.

And I’ll say this. If you get Devonta Lee and Trey Palmer to go along with Chase and Marshall, that’s pretty exciting having Jerry Sullivan coaching those guys up.

It's always been about his survival not ours, not the programs. He is only looking out for the RFB... We fired Miles for some of the same shite and promoted Ed O and letting him band together trying to entrench his roots and play it safe as long as he can. We won't be any more than middle SEC... players will start going to surrounding teams THEN he will be let go and we will have to completely rebuild with the deck stacked against us. Saban just showed the world with the refs help he plays freshmen in big time ball and wins...we show we hire good ole boys unqualified

Can someone elaborate more on who this Sullivan guy is and his history?

I did see he coached Anquan Boldin. And was the receivers coach when the Jags got Allen Robinson, Allen Hurns and Marqise Lee. Those are 3 pretty solid WRs. You can easily argue a good QB would make the Jags pretty awesome. Just a thought

let's look at next year
quote:

Sept. 1 vs. Miami (Fla.) (in Arlington, Texas)- L
Sept. 8 SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA W
Sept. 15 at Auburn - L
Sept. 22 LOUISIANA TECH- W
Sept. 29 OLE MISS-W
Oct. 6 at Florida - L
Oct. 13 GEORGIA- L
Oct. 20 MISSISSIPPI STATE- W
Oct. 27 Open Date
Nov. 3 ALABAMA - LOL
Nov. 10 at Arkansas- W
Nov. 17 RICE- W
Nov. 24 at Texas A&M - TBD

is that enough to get him canned? I think this move generates enough animosity to make possible, but since alleva is tied to this regime he makes it to year 3.

Man, people really think LSU is going to lose to Miami?

I just don’t think that game is a given at all for the U.

LSU is going to be REALLY good on D, J. Like elite.

watch this. Aranda will do all he can to keep LSU in the bama game, control Tua as much as he can with his gameplan and scheme.

While Ensminger fricks it up, comes up with a shite gameplan just like 2016 and it will be a similar result.

and then the Orgeron fans will take their moral victory and place blame on Aranda for allowing bama to score at all.

O has basically 1 win against a team with comparable talent, so based on history I'd say solid shot we lose.
