My friend with a "well connected" friend just told me "Mack Brown shoved it up Texas's arse".

What does that mean? Or is he just blowing smoke? I'm just checking in to see if I missed anything.

So if correct...

Texas = 75m after expenses
Saints = 22m

Am I reading that right?

Now this is a meltdown.

Pretty much.

Maybe call it 45-55 million for Texas because that link just discusses football revenue and the football team has to subsidize all of the other sports so that cuts into their profits a little more.

So what do we really know so far:

Someone paid off the 25 million and change to the Dallas real estate boys from SMU prior to November 6, when they folded the investment group that purchased the Apartment loan from Compass bank in Bama. Allegations are rapid that Saban had a personal guarantee on the loan and we know he had a 49.5% interest in the investment and that his business partner defaulted on the loan and declared bankruptcy. (Prior post with links)

We know that almost at the same time another 15 million debt that Saban was allegedly on the hook for has also been paid off. (other post on CC)

Alleged UT insiders posted earlier this week that 40 million had been paid to get Saban out of debt so that he could concentrate on football while coaching the Longhorns.

Saban's alleged debt issues have been on TR for years now.

We know that the Saban's now have a house in Austin.

We know that Mack Brown is gone one way or another.

We know that UT can out bid anyone for a football coach, and the offer is rumored to be 10 million or more per year, and that this offer was not officially from UT.

We know that Saban has not signed his new deal with Alabama.

We know that yesterday Saban was in the same town with Joe Jamal, Mack Brown's personal attorney.

We know that people that know Alabama football like PF and Phil Steele think he is or may be leaving now.

We know that this is getting ugly and that Mack is not leaving quietly, and per UT insiders screwing up the timeline.

We also know that Saban has to be in NY for the Heisman this weekend and that the UT people are saying that Mack has to be gone by Friday and Saban will announce Monday or Tuesday.

And do to Flight aware we know that Saban has been using Paul Bryant Jrs plane which is based in Gulfport at US Aviation and made some suspicious stops.

What else do we have?

Oh, and Chicken we know this site is going crash if Saban announces a press conference next Monday or Tuesday.

That's the sophomoric rant of someone angry about something that happened a decade ago.

Everyone can see it.

If it was easy, you could do it, but you can't, because you are wrong.

I hope you are trolling. Actually, I really hope you truly believe this. It would only reinforce the Gump reputation.

"I don't think Miss Terry would allow him," McCarron said of Saban's wife. "Miss Terry is happy there and I always joke with coach about Miss Terry runs the house. But coach loves it there and I don't see coach trying to go to another program and built it all back up. He did that at Alabama, first at LSU, now at Alabama. I think coach is happy where he's at."

McCarron also said he asked Saban about these rumors "a while back."

"He told me he wasn't going anywhere and the man's never lied to me in the five years I've been there," McCarron said. "Like I've always said, he's like a second dad to me. I don't see why he would leave and why he's lie to me."

You think that AJ's opinion means the same as a message board poster?

I must have missed the Al.com article on his opinion.
