Some lady journalist did 225 and the eyes emoji since he posted day 225 from the book he is reading.

That FBO is at Dallas Executive airport. I’ve flown in and out of it multiple times.
It’s pretty nice because it’s the only airport decently close to downtown Dallas that avoids the DFW/DAL controlled airspace.
There is a control tower at Dallas Executive but you don’t have to deal with the heavier traffic. Addison airport is more convenient for where I’m usually going in Dallas but it’s harder to get in and out of.
