$$$ talks...and all of the talk about how can it close within a week of the visit last Monday could be the process was already started prior to that visit which would give more time for the offer to closing period

so unless he was looking before the rumors of him being a serious candidate for us, I'd say it's very unlikely that they have an accepted offer on a house yet... the realtor would have changed the listing from available to pending already in the MLS, if they did
