Just curious how you clarify this statement. Explain how Napier compares to O.
A career position coach with some HC experience. At least Coach O had experience as HC of Ole Miss and USC.

I used to semi like Jordy, now he seems like egotistical douche nozzle.

Napier doesnt seem like the kind of dumdum that would hire a radio personality as his chief of staff

I'm a Napier fan and don't have much issue with Cullotta but I think he's going overboard in late October on this. Realize he's trying to build a standalone brand for his show and generate clicks, but this was pretty silly and kind of bush league.

Napier isnt a head coach now?

Well, O lasted longer than 3 years and won a NC. Napier is clearly an upgrade over him regardless so I doubt that.

Life is easier for the jordy if Napier gets the job
That is all

At ULL, hardly even in the same ballpark as Ole Miss.

I'm neutral, but he's definitely worth paying attention to in this situation.

So he was campaigning for Frank Wilson yesterday, too? Right?
Why wouldn't you want him on when he's been in the mix before the season started about potential candidates?

Respectfully, I disagree.
While I would probably prefer we shoot a little higher, I think it’s pretty convenient that we’ve got a very well-regarded coach that many believe is one of the best up-and-comers that happens to be sitting in our backyard with a recruiting network already in place.
I can see where people would disagree with us having Napier at the top of our list. Nonetheless, He’s a good coach, regardless of where he should fall on the pecking order of candidates.

How? O is an elite recruiter/motivator. Napier is a process-oriented HC and offensive mind.

"Process-oriented HC"
Could this be anymore vague/generic? There's nothing specific about a "process-oriented" HC.
Just FYI, every coach has a "process" or "system". There's no HC who DOESNT have some sort of system or process.
Calling Napier a "process-oriented" coach means absolutely nothing to me and isn't a distinguishing trait in anyway.

Yes thank you genius, he is a career position coach. He had 2 years he was OC and was not brought back. Coach O was HC at Ole Miss and interim at USC.
Napier was only a position coach under Saban, never being promoted or hired away until ULL.

Or he’s a realistic replacement option with a good resume and he just so happens to already be in the state.
