Robiskie would be a terrible let down.

We need a young guy that can recruit his arse off that has been involved with some modern, high powered offenses at some level.

I’m pretty sure he said someone with a good hip. not someone that is hip

Not always, no.

But we want someone who is young and hip and is better.

Older and more experienced isn't always better either. Its not a game of absolutes.

Terry Robiskie?

Sullivan left a bunch of Ensure in the employee lounge, so this might work out.

Why do you think this? Ensminger and Joseph are two of the best recruiters on the staff. I doubt either of them are going anywhere.

I agree here. IMO, we need help with play design and execution.

I don’t dismiss any coach because of age. So that doesn’t pertain to me

I feel that you want a guy like Robiskie to come in for a few seasons to re-direct the path and establish high quality WR production. Then you have a young guy come in and do what you mentioned all while using what's being given to him as the guidelines.

It's also possible Robinson moves on and Joseph coaches running backs, where he has a lot more experience.

I thought that too, but Voltiger mentioned Faulk becoming the RB coach if TR leaves.

Probably more along the lines they have no idea how well Robiskie can recruit in the modern day. Been a long time since he was coaching college ball...so if he turns out as a good recruiter...awesome. If not, you have Joseph to pick the slack up. You know Rob can coach.

Huh?

He is from Lucy and graduated from Second Ward HS, now West St John.

Mickey Joseph and Robiskie would lockup NOLA haha.

Haha is right. Terry isn’t from NOLA.

Where do you people come from?

So what was the point of having Jerry Sullivan on staff then?

Nobody said he was from NOLA... he probably has connections close that could help strengthen recruiting there if need be.

Oh No?

Please explain how he would have connections in New Orleans after never living there or coaching there. He's been in the NFL for 30 years, not recruiting in New Orleans.

So 2 coaches for one minor position group. Makes sense.
