It gets better. Jon Gruden has never been a college head coach. Never been a college coordinator. But he was a WR coach 25 years ago,

the biggest problem Gruden had in the NFL was developing rookies and young players, and now some want him to coach players even younger than that

.540 isn't bad in the NFL. Jimmy Johnson has a .567 win % and won 2 Super Bowls. Chuck Noll has a .571 win % and won 4 Super Bowls as HC.
