You are so right. We have had coaches that can win at LSU for years. As they should with all the talent that comes through here. We need a coach that gets us to top of the mountain and keeps us up top year in and year out. Franklin is not that guy.

Enlighten me. When was the last time LSU hired a head coach that had previously won a national title?

Lester that’s not what I really want at LSU. What am I missing. Franklin has always run a boring offense.

You dont speak for me. I would love to have Franklin coaching LSU

Same. I would welcome him here, but there may be a couple names I like better.

If he was hired I would be fine with it, but this board and a lot of the fan base would explode because, well…you know.

He’s boring. He’s put together enough to where he’ll never bomb. But not sure he’s a guy to really vault you to the next level

Well, that's not true. Joe Moorhead basically got the Mississippi State job because of how dynamic the Penn State offense was when they were Big Ten champions, and went to the Rose Bowl and Fiesta Bowl.

They also haven't had an OC for more than 2 seasons since he left.

It helps when Saquan Barkley is your starting RB.
