That is usually how our recruiting cycle goes at the end, everytime. End up scrambling when all the cruits we think we in on or looking good, end up signing elsewhere at the end. Then we are left with needs that haven't been addressed and have to look for transfers.

You have to understand that any person that presents themselves as an insider of someone with connections to an insider will automatically be received with high skepticism by 90% of the board. And 2/3 of those will be jackasses about it. And that’s before you’re ever even wrong. When presenting potential insider information you must understand there will be pushback. But there will also be those that appreciate your information, regardless of whether we believe it or not.
