It is pretty obvious to me. LK will stay at OM until Texas or Bama opens up.

There isn’t any real information that either of those things will happen in the next decade.

Kiffin also is playing chicken with ole miss being this good again, it’s fine if he wants to stay there but if that isn’t his end up this is the time to capture it and move on

Bama already opened while Kiffin was at OM.

The AD at Ole Miss called a face to face meeting with Kiffin to discuss this very thing and get clarity but it's obvious to 308.

Man, you guys are smarter and wise beyond normal earthly levels.

Let’s be honest here, what makes Bama a better job than LSU?

Without mentioning Saban

Texas has $$ so no argument there

Yea, I'm sure you're right that Lane will wait while his stock is at an all time high, for something else to come along...can't believe we missed this potential scenario, thanks!

At a much more favorable time in the calendar, no less

I do agree he is staying for sure.

LSU needs to move on to another candidate.

Texas has money and a hotbed of talent, yet perpetually underachieves. Why is that? I’m just not sure it’s that great of a job where coaches succeed like they should be able to.

Texas high school football is overrated.
