He's tough to beat. He is the perfect kind of QB for Lane's system and he is very intelligent with great instincts.
He would need another year of eligibility granted on his appeal as well. I'd take him in a heartbeat.

He’s in his first year as a D1 starter. If he makes even a modest jump in year 2, he’s worth taking……if he is somehow able to get another year.

Do you think the NCAA will exacerbate their PR problem that is their calendar by granting the starting QB another year to follow the coach that started their whole mess?
If they're able to remain unbiased, I think he comes. If they're looking to save face, I imagine they'll deny the petition.
