They are definitely new followers. I know because I looked at his followers a few days ago. And the only followers I knew were Jordy, TigerDroppings and like 2 others.

Yeah I’m sure it’s just random coincidence that a former pac 12 baseball coach and the basketball coach of an SEC team who now happen to coach at LSU both follow the OU football head coach on Twitter.
Also your original argument was that it was that the players followed all of these coaches that’s why it was showing up that way and that Wade and Johnson weren’t following Lincoln
It’s ok to admit that you original post was wrong.
Does it mean anything? Maybe not but it seems a very very odd coincidence

Wade definitely does follow Riley. But he also follows Bill Snyder, PJ Fleck, the anqvy coach whose name I can't spell, and others.

I think the Bech one is most telling. He was never recruited by OU or Riley. Doesn’t really make sense for him to be following Riley unless it was recent.

I think you’re mixing up “followers you know” with “suggested follows”.
There’s no way to know when they started following his account using Twitter but they def follow his account. I don’t think it’s a stretch for coaches to follow each other and prospects following his account is plausible too. I doubt it means anything.

It’s not a recent follow from Johnson. As someone who checks his follow list daily for recruiting, I can tell you that with certainty. He has been following him for a while.
