Riley, Petersen, Rhule are the only "jaw drop" hires for me outside of Saban.
"Jaw drop" to me means not just "holy shite how did Woodward pull that off?" but also "I'm excited about that coach because I think he's an elite coach" (which rules out Kirby).

Rhule is one of the least realistic names out there.
We can outbid most college programs.
We can't compete with NFL.
Unless he wants to come back to college--which he's given no indication of--not a chance.
