There are eight days left to the regular season, if LR has already agreed to Oklahoma's offer to stay, they would have been beating their chest all over the media. It would be like they finally won a playoff game against an SEC school. The fact that it is still quiet leans more towards him taking the LSU offer and they are keeping it down to maintain their status until the season is over. Nothing new here, just in absolute agreement with what others have mentioned in this process.

Why would Riley wait to turn LSU down? If he stays at OU he would love to get Aranda out of the conference.

I wouldn’t wait. I would give him until tommorrow or Sunday and if he doesn’t answer then I would go straight to Aranda and secure him

Has Aranda come out and said he loves California to be his home Today? It’s a very different place with new problems compared to what it was 20 years ago.
I grew up there and spent my first 33 years there and you couldn’t pay me enough to move back. The setting of the USC campus in LA is a polar opposite of where UCLA is located.

He has not signed anything. Riley himself has not talked to LSU, these conversations take place between agents and the AD.
If you want Riley you would just take him on a gentleman's agreement until the season is over and hope it holds. Riley has the leverage.
