recruiting style You mean what everyone else has been doing for 40 years?

This is how the blue bloods protect themselves. Ole miss isn’t allowed to cheat in football and LSU isn’t allowed to in basketball.

Old or new guard doesn't matter. He hasn't done anything to warrant an SEC job right now.

shite don’t go over to the Auburn Board seems like a bunch of folks wanting Deion.

I don’t think he would go to a school with Rebels as the mascot unless he thought he could get them to change it.

Why should he get hired into a good gig in the SEC. He has not proven anything on a high level of coaching.

Did you hear him deflect in his interview? He knows the limits there are at OM. Lack of fan support, lack of $$$, and haven’t won any championship in 60 years.

Guess where Kiffin is not going?

Auburn

Guess where Prime is not going?

Auburn

Auburn screwed themselves when they got rid of Malzahn and firing a coach after less than two years. The Plains shall burn for years.

You think a SEC school will hire a guy from a low level school who has proved nothing on a level close to SEC?

Acting like Deion Sanders is just some random dude having success at an HBCU level is ridiculous. The dude is one of the most famous, charismatic football players of all time. Worst case is he turns out to not work out. In the NIL age, you can turn a program around quickly. It’s not like the ages of cupboards being left bare.

I suspect Peyton and Eli will be co-HC before Primetime. They can do the Manning cast from the locker room

maybe because he isn't qualified.

NIL age has been around what? 1 year. What makes you think a programmed can be turned around through NIL. There’s absolutely no data out there that supports this. No programs have been raised from the dead due to NIL.

Freeze and Kiffin have shown you can win at Ole Miss, imo.

If Kiffin left (for whatever school), I think Ole Miss would be a strong contender for multiple good head coaches.

I am wondering if Auburn can stop the bleeding of bad hires at the HC position. That is the first step to get it done and be successful after being hired.

Would the old guard at Ole Miss hire Deion?

Lol

They would have let him play for them, but never lead their program.

Who's deranged? You standing up for a quote from a coach in a "mainstream" publication is infinitely more naïve or deranged; look around at the dishonesty in all media.

Just wait til Fisher leaves TAMU and we'll see how this ages.

Kiffin's stock is dropping weekly. He's not the hot commodity that people think, and then again, Ole Miss is extremely happy with a 9 and 3 coach.
