Yes I know... but is exactly what I am saying... those coaches would not be a pure diversity hire. Tucker will be. Tucker is not good. Look through his history. Take out the Saban assistant shite. Dude has not been good anywhere. This year isnt complete and might lose 5 games still this year.

Let's see how they do against #6 Michigan, #5 OSU, #7 State Penn, #25 Purdue.

Exactly. So half of one season against mediocre competition and that gets you hired. frick that. Pure diversity hire. Period. Yes Aranda and Franklin or not white. So hire them. At least they have something going for them. Tucker does not. Dude has jumped around alot...Why? Because he isnt that great of a coach is why.

Aranda and Tucker are far closer in resume than y’all are acting.

Really... you think so... Aranda's defense at Wisconsin was better than any of Tucker's. He came to LSU and won a national championship in recent times. Not ages ago. And at Baylor he is doing pretty good. Tucker is all over the place and his defenses.... which he specializes in... have never been good against better than mediocre competition. Their resumes are totally different. I think what everyone sees is he worked under Saban... Just because that has happened doesnt guarantee you success. And that has rang true for Tucker.

I'm very afraid if it is Tucker and Tate was involved our situation will turn into strong at UT. If Tucker starts to fail shite will hit the fan.

Exactly... and Woodward can kiss his job goodbye. Because if this is his hire then he should definitely be fired. Tucker will not have success here. Strong made over at a big school.

We didn’t win that championship because of Aranda’s defense.

And does 2019 count anyway? Because we just fired the HC from that team.

Why if his boss forced the hire? I'd quit before that happened if I didn't want to make that hire.

Tucker has been a DC at multiple NFL stops. I don’t think that has anything to do with Saban.

Look, I don’t want Tucker, but this pre melt is useless.

He had a #14 and #6 defense at UGA in 2018 and 2017

Ok and lets go with what you are saying... name one stop in the NFL where his defenses were good. And pre melt? We are on a coaching changes board. Maybe you should go back to the rainbow and sunflowers board.

Aranda has been a success everywhere he has been and while he struggled last year in his first with Baylor during Covid, he has the same team 6-1 this season and in the top 25.

People also ignore how much Baylor lost off their 2019 team.

Aranda would be a great get and is extremely promising.

Tucker took a 7-6 MSU team and was awful last year under the same conditions and while his team is 7-0, they may have played the worst P5 team schedule in the country so far. He also has had a history of downright awful defenses at Chicago and has job hopped a ton.

Aranda is a much better prospect.

Franklin is a great coach too and has proven it over and over.

And when he played the better teams those 2 years lost to them.

Aranda has always been an elite defensive coach.

Don’t think he was ever fired.

Is the same true of Tucker?
