So sad

As soon as the good ole Louisiana boy gets the job what do we see... undisciplined play, corrupt arse governor coming to toss the ball around during bowl practices, bowl game loss, lazy hires, blatant nepotism with the hire of his sons HS coach.

fricking terrible

Definitely not

At least now we see how deep the incompetence runs in the program

Les started the good ole boy system by hiring his buddies Peveto/Cameron, etc.

I’ll take Les back any day. The man may not have known how to fix what was wrong with his program, but at least he was honest and trying to do what was right for LSU. He clearly loved our city and our school. 0 is only doing what’s best for himself and his boys

He would come back in a heartbeat. That man loves LSU, he might even bring in Freeze.

Les fired his good ole boy after one year, and the other was an NFL OC.

Orgeron hired an out of work high school coach represented by Orgeron's family.

Figures you'd try to justify it though.

It truly is sad that we fired a Coach who loved LSU only to then turn around and hire an Idiot who seems hell bent on destroying LSU.

No thanks. You act as though LSU would have lost less than four games each of the last two seasons with Miles in the fold. Surely, you can't be that stupid, can you?

Go check the upvotes to downvotes on my original post. Most of this board agrees with me. Les was far better than O will ever be

What is sad is that SE would have been an upgrade over Cam. Les would still be our coach if he had hired him instead of his bud.

A guy I coach with told me the other day that LSU is getting a taste of Karma!!!
Granted I was wearing thin on miles but we fired a coach pretty much because we couldn’t beat Bama (who probably has the best coach in the history of College football) and his offense was boring and not what we wanted to see. he constantly won 9 plus games every year and had the highest win percentage in our history. And Instead if either seeing if he would fire his OC at the end of 2016 or treat him with respect and let him finish the season we fire him at the beginning of the season after the end of the previous season they tried to force him out.

And who do we hire a defensive line coach who may just set this program back if or when this backfires. This may be what LSU deserves for acting the arse the previous 24 months.
I don’t want to believe it but he may be right
