I can’t recall a new HC putting a staff together this quickly.

Usually it takes a while to fill spots and it drags on as the head guy interviews candidates.
Kiffin has been relentless.
Maybe there is something to that hot yoga???
The past week has been extraordinary. Kiffin has been building a great staff, a new football administration, and recruiting top shelf talent.

I think most coaches realize he is the real deal and gives them a shot at a title and opening up better doors for them in the future.

If he hires a good OC, I will be ontop of Everest. I mean I hope the ex Kentucky OL coach is an analyst.

He brought his OC from Ole Miss.

Not really, the majority of his offensive staff came with him and he retained most of the defensive staff.
He did a great job retaining Baker, but the timeline has been pretty par for the course. Some of yall are retarded

I thought I was going crazy. He took his staff from ole miss and kept the lsu defensive staff. Only 2 changes would be made.
Elijah robinson to replace Kyle Williams
Eric wolford to replace Brad Davis.

I know it’s different in the NIL era, but he was able to keep players he had no relationship with and keep his DC from leaving for a head job at his Alma mater. It was light years better than when BK took over four years ago, and that may just be indicative of how bad he was.

He could be the next best thing to Saban in this era. Work for him, win Championships, and get better jobs.

Even the great Nick Saban couldn’t pull that off. He brought no one from Michigan State despite his efforts.
Pulling in his guys, pulling in top assistants, keeping key guys from the previous staff and signing elite talent all in one week isn’t common.
You obviously haven’t followed many coaching hires closely.

all I know is that every hire BK made when he came in, we all were like who??? And had to convince ourselves they were good hires

It's remarkable what Lane Kiffin has done in less than a full week

The OL coach hire seemed a bit odd and rushed. I wish he’d taken a little more time on that one. It didn’t seem to help with signing day. Other than that, he’s done a great job convincing most of his offensive staff to come with him and holding onto Baker and his staff.
