How would you grade Peetz (OC) and Freeman (DC)?

These are the front runners according to everyone, so how would we grade these picks if they take the job?

Freeman - A+
Peetz - unk
Will have to take the wait and see approach with an unproven OC, similar to Brady. It worked out well with Brady though, so sky is the limit I think.

There's absolutely nothing to base a grade on. He's never been an OC, hasn't spent much time around the college game and clearly the hope is he can replicate Joe Brady's offense. We'll see.

Pretty easy to do so I think? He has a good resume, has been on the verge of being an NFL OC, he's young and on the rise, recommended by Brady and knows that offense, well thought of by Josh McDaniels, not a retread etc. He still looks good on paper, he doesn't have to have been an OC to grade him.
I mean grade him versus hiring Linehan last year? Think he's definitely A- to B territory.

Freeman would be an Aranda level pull. Especially considering the other programs that are after him.
Peetz is an unknown, but I like O’s thinking. He’s a young guy with fresh ideas. Something badly needed after the 2020 geriatric staff.
