How much will the UM staffer get in a lawsuit?

You know she'll most likely file suit against UM for sexual harrassment. She'll claim she was coerced/pressured into the relationship by her boss, Coach Moore. I am sure UM will seek a settlement, with a NDA, with the staffer.

I saw in another thread that she turned over text messages and emails to the university. Not sure if true or not.
If she did and his university issued phone and email records are used I’m sure that payday is going to be several million.

Between $1 and $5 Million probably.

Probably about $250

Over a mil for sure. Especially since she was Moore’s direct subordinate and because they’ll argue her career won’t recover.

I will say low end $5M, high end $10 - $12M.
• Pregnancies
• Abortions
• Breaking into her place and threatening
• Power imbalance of his official position with her in a subservient/subordinate role.
• Pattern of conduct
• Universities actual knowledge as it doesn’t seem this was any secret

Yea I think you’re right. $1-5 is too low. The employment aspect of it makes it more valuable IMO.

And according to FOX News, she was also fired by Moore, which started the boulder rolling down the mountain. IF there was an abortion pressured by Moore, just keep adding zeroes on the check.

Lawyers and juries have ruined this country. In a just world she could sue Sherrone because he threatened her with the knife.
But she was an adult and made her choice to sleep with a married man. She could have left on her own free will at any point. Why should Michigan have to pay millions to her?
In fact, she should pay Sherrone's wife and kids millions.

Completely agree

I assume you realize that a majority, from most accounts, of Federal & State legislators are attys, Many of those, especially at state levels, plaintiff attys. I.E. they make the laws.

Of course this would be the most predictable response from the most unoriginal clowns around.

She could make 150k a year for the rest of her life and not make as much as she is about to get paid by the school. Let’s put it that way lmao

You can't 'force' someone to get an abortion who doesn't really want it anymore than you can 'force' someone to go thru the Cane's drive thru everyday making them an obese slob. Not how it works.

So if the boss tells the employee to sleep with him and she'll get a raise, or don't sleep with him and she gets fired, or she just up and quits when he proposes, she's not entitled to anything for the behavior of the boss ruining her employment situation and possibly her reputation?
