Comes with the territory especially when paying someone that insane amount of money.
National championship in the first year is expected. I don’t care what anybody else says. We’re paying him “win right now” money. Not “give him 2-3 years to get his guys in and players to learn the system” money.

Also, here when the fans largest trust the coach they take losses better. For example, when Wade loses there’s not many outside of a faggy pirate that call for his head. People get mad and question things he did in game but there aren’t total melts

Kelly is a very smart coach. If something does not work, he will fix it. Saban did that. Les an O would not. Kelly is a very good coach that should be here 10 to 12 years IMO

We have not had a coach stay at LSU for longer than 6 seasons besides Les Miles since Charles McClendondagger.
It depends on if we have .500 seasons or not. This team should not have had a .500 season this year either.

This is exactly right.
During Saban’s tenure, he only had one really good season with four other pretty good seasons. Nonetheless, fans never turned on him because they could see his passion and that he was attempting to do the right things. In fact, many times, fans loved him chewing out the players.
I have a feeling there will be a similar respect that LSU fans show towards Brian Kelly.
LSU fans, rightfully, expressed frustrations toward Miles and O as it was extremely well deserved in most cases.
