Does a ban really bother him at this point? No.

After flaming TD he will just hang out on the OU boards and create an alter here.

Too many people getting their panties in a wad over every “source” that is reported. Gotta play the long game and wait it out. I just flip through these threads and try to sift through the BS to make time go by until the announcement.
