They should call Les Miles' agent first. The SEC needs Lester back and what better place for an 8-4 ride-off-into-retirement place than Starkville BY GOD Mississippi? He was always a wtf hire to me. I felt he was a cultural misfit and unprepared fo be a HC in the toughest division of the toughest conference in college football, in a place where the HC has to “punch above his weight” to be successful.
I admit that I was in the minority though. I remember visiting the State boards and talking with a couple of my State friends expecting to read and hear some melts but didn’t really find any big concerns.

He is absolutely above his head.
He can't handle himself properly in pressers and in booster meetings. He just does not know the right things to say.
It would not surprise me if he quits although he is making more money than he could every hope to make doing anything else.

I understand.... We fired a fat dude that thinks beating a mediocre texas is borderline erotic and hired a HDN clone who cant coach, teach fundamentals, or fire up a team/fans.
Both sucked and didn't culturally fit whatsoever. Good luck!
