Head Coach Prediction Thread

Let's switch it up a bit. Make your best (educated?) guess on: 1) who will be named LSU head coach, 2) date he'll be named, 3) who your first choice is, and 4) any other related prediction (e.g., Orgeron will stay on staff, Aranda stays, etc.).
Again, does NOT have to be who you WANT as head coach, just who you THINK it will be. We'll re-visit as the end of season approaches and after a coach is named.
I'll go first:
1-Orgeron
2-Mon after SEC Championship game
3-Herman
4-Most of staff stays, including Aranda. Ensminger stays on as OC.

I don't like it or agree with it, but it's going to be Orgeron.
Joe will take the easy and cheap route and give the loudest part of our fanbase what they want. The casual fans know nothing besides what they see on the field. Resumes don't matter.

4) Coach O is unable to find a better job, so he becomes the 3rd LSU assistant coach to get a $1M+ salary, returns to AHC / RC / DL; the entire D staff stays. Entire O staff is replaced by Kelly's guys.

Jimbo and Craig are good friends, and have coached together at LSU and Florida State.
Craig would undoubtedly be retained, likely as the QB coach and recruiting coordinator.
