It is a top 10 job. of the 12 SEC teams I would only put Vandy and UK behind it.

Because of History and Money, Bama has to be in the top 3. Florida in my opinion has as much talent as Texas, and more undeveloped talent because of the high schools. Texas high schools are mini colleges and a lot of the players potential has been reached.

You make good points but I based my opinion on the current state of each school and their future potential

I think aTm is a sleeping giant that can become an NC contender by being the only SEC school in Texas.

I ranked LSU, UGA, and Florida ahead of Alabama because they are the only schools in their talent rich states and a competent coach will keep them near the top in the country i.e. Mark Richt

Saban controls Bama's fate as history has shown what happens when they don't have a Top Tier Coach = The Trinity of Mike's

LSU and Florida were open at the same time (Miles and Meyer). Can't remember of any other openings that year.

South Carolina and Ole Miss were also open then (following the 2004 season).

Wat?

I do agree that Florida and LSU are clearly the best jobs due to the ease of recruiting + facilities though.

Don't forget the possibility of the DC position at Bama opening up if Smart decides to take a HC job.

DC at Bama job > Arky HC job

Lol at the dumbass comment as Arky top 10 job, debatable if top 30

What is your definition of top tier? Let's see how many top tier coaches jump into the meat grinder the SEC has become. What has Arkansas won?

Not talking shite about my team, but the funniest thing about this post is the fact that we have a winning record against three SEC teams: Vandy, Miss. St., and Arkansas. You people think to highly of yourselves. Of course we were virtually even with South Carolina till Spurrier took over and he has taken them to another level. So if you find the right guy, things could change. They could for us too.

A winning record against Houston Nutt teams.... not a thing to brag about.

You're probably one of these people that think they did awesome just by showing up to work on time.
