He's built Iowa State, one of the worst schools in CFB history, into a pretty respectable team in the B12. He's a great coach. It sounds like he wouldn't be the best cultural fit here though. Like I am a bit warry of him recruiting against the likes of Saban, Jimbo, and Kirby.

Aranda as HC and Napier as OC/AHC at double his Lafayette Junior College HC salary. (He goin to Florida if LSU don't grab him)
Campbell is too far out of his element and too much behind the 8-Ball for LSU culture wise.
