Jimbo is a better option than both stoops and kelly.

What exactly has Kelly ever won at a major university? Stoops may still have it in him at this point in time but his bus is heading down the down slope of his career. But FWIW, Finebaum would have an orgasm on air if LSU brought Stoops into the SEC. Pitting him against his man love, nicky, would drive his Jerry Springer-like ratings through the roof.

who cares if any of those guys have won titles or played for titles or can develop Qb's or have high powered offenses that would do great here with a very good DC? who cares? They MUST BE UNDEFEATED THIS YEAR!

there aren't a lot of tier 1 coaches out there that are primed and ready to win a title at LSU year 1 or 2. Kelly would be an excellent hire if Jimbo or Herman are out of the picture.
ND just doesn't recruit like they once could and he still has managed to turn them around. Would love to see him with LSUs talent.
