Its what I do if I'm Arkansas. Hire Leach, adopt the air raid and go all in on MS and TX JUCO kids and transfers right now. The entire roster needs an enema.

This is true. Washington state has 3 10 win seasons in its entire history of football. It only has 1 season with more than 10 wins and that was last year when leach won 11

I mean, he'd beat San Jose State, I'll give him that.
He's a 7-5 to 9-3 guy in the SEC. I have a hard time seeing him beating Bama and LSU on a regular basis and he'll drop one he shouldn't every year, but he'll win the OOC schools and upset someone, too. But there won't be any championship banners flying in Fayetteville.

When you haven't won a conference game since 2017, championship banners are as realistic as unicorns running onto the field. If he got 8/9 wins after a couple of seasons the fan base should be ecstatic.

Leach is the right fit for Arkansas. He maximizes minimal talent in his air raid offense. You’re Arkansas. You’re not stock piling talent. You have to have someone who can do better with less. Leach would at minimum win you 8-9 games with 3 years consistently.
If they go with someone traditional, they’ll be back in the same spot 4 years from now. Leach gives you something unique and has some outer reach for recruiting.
