Franklin is a very good coach and just about every knowledgeable AD would want to have him.
He would be a huge upgrade from Miles and O. most SEC schools would be uncomfortable with him at LsU.

Why would you not want Franklin? He’s a hell of a coach. He’d do great things with the talent at LSU.

After this weekends game against tOSU, Franklin won't even be ranked. Woodward isn't going to pay $17M to fire an unranked coach, just to pay $10M to hire another one. JF losing 3 games in a row, will not get him hired.

Sexton doesn’t just represent head coaches
He has a lot of assistant coaches too
Pruitt, Steele and Mel Tucker were all in line for the Tennessee job and all were represented by Sexton

Which Les are you referring to? The 2006 - 2011 Les or the 2012 to firing Les? Two different people
On another note, I don't want Franklin regardless. The guy isn't what all the hype brings him up to be in my opinion.

I doubt very seriously that Woodward is going to make a decision on whether a coach’s team is ranked and his record over half a season.
