Frank Wilson is only Two Wins away from Director Verge removing the Interim Tag!

I mean it would be a pretty incredible storyline that would be hard to ignore.
Week #1: Makes adjustments and gives Alabama one hell of a fight.
Week #2: Shows leadership to make a change from a Heisman Candidate QB to an underclassman QB that sparks the team to a win versus a heated SEC Rival.
Week #3: Momentum builds and Coach Frank's squad dominates an 8-2 FBS Team.
Week #4: Players become fully aware at what is at stake and rally behind Coach Frank's opportunity with the game of their lives against Top Ten Oklahoma. Upset and stability in the Tiger program achieved.
Interim title comes off before Bowl Game and we can all exhale!

We all like and respect Frank. But unless 12-15 other guys (including Blake Baker) turn LSU down, there is no way he should be a realistic candidate for the LSU job.

Never going to happen. Dude would have had to beat Bama, Solve our offensive woes, win out, make the playoff and win at least two post season games and not get embarrassed in a playoff loss. We’ve been down this road before with O. Frank has earned the right to stay as recruiting lead, RB Coach and Assistant Head Coach. Alternatively he’s earned the right to fantastic recommendations from LSU to another school who wants him. He has not earned consideration as HC. He knows that and everyone else with a brain knows it.
