Two days after Harsin is announced, Cal QB Fernando Mendoza announces he's entering the portal. Coincidence? Fernando had always been super gung-ho about Cal because we were his only FBS offer (he was originally going to go to Yale). But he has developed into a pretty good (not great) QB. Maybe he was just counseled to test the waters?
