Heavily recruited the state of Florida. Not to mention, coached at USF. This is one of those hires that makes complete sense for both parties involved. However this sucks for Oregon and the players he recruited to Eugene.
Also, it's difficult to find a Popeyes in Eugene. Taggart will have much more luck in the south.
