Can you imagine a conversation between Chip Kelly and Nick Saban? Probably the most boring conversation ever.

Saban getting Kelly in for some consulting. Wonder what he's paying him. Did the same thing prior to the NC game against LSU. He went over defending the option with Greg Williams, who was the Saints DC at the time.

Chip Kelley getting nervous because his phone isn't ringing with HC offers. Wants to keep his name in play.

Nothing to see here. Coaches eat sleep and breathe football, especially chip Kelly. He isn't the type to sit around the house and binge watch making a murderer. He picked up the phone and called his buddies or put his name out there to see if he could observe or help anyone in anyway.

Happens all the time. It's one big fraternity.

Saban wouldn't have the time for that right now getting ready for championship game. It's Saban that reached out to him

Bama is about to play one of the best no-huddle offenses in the country.

Chip Kelly is one of the masterminds of the no-huddle spread offense.

I can't imagine why Saban would want to talk to him.

this is exactly whats going on. I heard Saban pays a coach just to be a spread offense coach..hired him when the rise of Oregon was occurring since he knew there would be a great chance of both meeting in the Final, then other teams adopted this style as well so saban is set...

Kelly is off the market right now and is the originator of this....so why not bring in the mastermind?

This may indeed show that Kelly is definitely not going back to the College Ranks anytime soon

I heard he was interviewing while there to replace Saban after he jets for Tampa Bay since the AD is there for the NC game as well.
