Arkansas State is a pretty good program too, they’ve had some really good seasons there.

He took over an absolute mess of a program. stAte had near zero recruiting under Harsin due to his family situation with his wife’s illness and death.
Butch Jones stepped into a poorly run program and has to rebuild. If he doesn’t get to a bowl game next season he will be on the hot seat.
Most G5 programs can’t turnover coaching staffs more than 2 years earlier than the contract is signed for. Just don’t have the cash flow.
