After hearing a interview with him Saturday morning I would have been shocked if he left.

I hope not. Whenever Johnson leaves or is fired we need to move back into the 21st century and diversify our offense. I've had my fill of running the same 5-7 plays over and over again and a passing game that is so inept we run dive plays on 3rd and long routinely.

It's gonna be a painful transition when that time comes.

I feel like teams like Georgia Southern and the FCS teams running triple option like Charleston Southern that have incorporated a lot more spread elements are so far ahead of Tech on offense right now. The next coach needs to be some who van transition from their current old option to that to modern spread option offense.

Pretty much. I like CPJ but some diversification of the offense needs to happen.
