Billy Napier will be the next coach at LSU and its no secret

Deal is done. He's the next Saban and he knows Louisiana recruiting.
All sources are pointing towards this being the hire.
He is a great recruiter and has been a wonderful position coach under Saban. Getting that top program position coach experience under Saban definitely puts him on the top category on top of his knowledge of Louisiana for recruiting.
Top position coach experience at a top program under a HC with multiple national championships and a great recruiter. Those are the 2 things that sold me.

Napier is a far more humble guy and cares a lot for his players. His players look like they care while playing, even more caring than other teams.

How do you measure this level of caring? I get that LSU has not looked like they cared for much of this season and last. But how do you compare ULL's level of caring with that of Cincinnati, Baylor, Oklahoma, etc.?

The fact ULL never had a 10 win season prior to Napier joining ULL which was followed up by three straight ten win seasons

Never said they don't care. The guy I responded to said they care more than the other teams. I'm just curious how he judges their level of caring against a Cincinnati or Baylor.
I'm a big Napier fan. Just think that was a dumb statement.
