This is like when they say everyone’s job is safe after a merger.

Beat me to it.

I feel like Les is the only person that's ever come out and said he wasn't leaving...and then didn't leave...lol!

Hud is pretty much all motivation. Napier is a way better football coach and program builder.

I'm happy if that's the case. Not like South Carolina has a good track record of choosing coaches.

Hell yeah. Can continue to build UL into a mid major threat. But what does that say about South Carolina’s situation

SCar probably wants Shane Beamer. Godspeed and good luck to them.

BREAKING: #OU assistant Shane Beamer, son of VaTech legend Frank Beamer is expected to become the next head coach at South Carolina, per sources. The 43-year-old Beamer was a former Gamecocks assistant and is very popular with the former players.

Napier is a damn fool if he doesn't cash in on the right opportunity. I'm not saying SC is that right opportunity, but he needs to strike while the iron is hot if a great chance presents itself.

125 years of history says it's a below average program

I mean, why would he take that job when he probably will have a chance for bigger ones this winter

Fake news. We needed Lou after Fat Brad because that tubby arse had no idea what he was doing and Lou could at least point us in the right direction and he is what got us Spurrier who put some respect on our names. Hell Spurrier would have been here longer if Ray Tanner wasn’t our AD and we had someone who would have gotten our fan base to open their wallets like Hyman did.

That's a cool way of saying "yeah we don't really have a strong track record."

Yep. That is not a good job at all. He can get the Tennessee or auburn job in the next couple years.
