Yep. Combine injuries with a terrible OC, a terrible playbook, a bad OLine and no open receivers, any QB would struggle.

BK and high school Joe Sloan cost Nuss millions this year. I’ll bet Doug Nuss was seething watching that garbage this year.

Austin Thomas may be the most overrated person to ever step foot in that building. You wouldn’t miss him at all if he’s gone.

This is your problem. Don't take your information from him. He tries to pass opinions off as facts.

Our best writers say Kiffin wants to bring Glasscock as well. Not sure what that would mean for Austin Thomas but I don’t think he had the best exit from OM

Why would he hold a grudge about leaving for LSU if he was about to do it also?

yep ours and OM beat writers have mentioned they are a package deal

i really like AT, but if he has to go to get Kiff, bye

I would hope though that Kiffin is man enough to realize what AT brings to the table and would figure out a way to have both on staff.

You and the 11 people that upvoted this have no idea how getting absolutely hammered in the backfield on a constant basis throws off timing, makes you throw early, and forces you to bail on the follow-through portion of the throwing techniques.

Nussmeier has CLEARLY been injured, and Kelly's dumbass for whatever reason (probably letting Nuss decide if he WANTS to play vs. if he can play EFFECTIVELY) decided to keep running him out there despite obvious performance issues.

It is ridiculous to think that Nuss' performance this year is some sort of laziness effect. The kid loves LSU and wants to give his all, to a fault.

Unfortunately, that made him feel like he needed to be a hero despite what his body (and the constant hits/sacks) were telling him and anyone watching... That a pocket passer cannot succeed behind that bad of a line.

Poor guy got the David Carr treatment this season. That would ruin even the best quarterbacks.

You don’t understand.

No one else is capable of requiring a staff of 20+ people to organize things the way he does.

Then why did Kiffin want and hire him at OM? AT left OM for a better chance to win NC's. Isn't that what Kiffin is doing if he takes the LSU job?

Austin took Lane's formula for player recruitment to a rival. OM offered him a raise and Austin went to LSU and asked for more and got it. Lane is a ego maniac so saw it as a betrayal.
