Heard rumors that Texas is very interested. No chance of this happening I hope? They do have lots of $$$$$

Miles or LSU admin needs to step up and make sure Moffit stays

Miles needs to keep Wilson almost at any cost.

Now that Will has gone, I doubt very seriously that Moffitt goes to UT.

Moffit won't be leaving unless his wife kicks him to the curb. LSU will throw the bank at him if anyone tries to get him from us.

Plus, Moffitt's mentor is Gayle Hatch. Heck, I can see Moffitt retiring in BR and taking over the Hatch facility after Gayle passes away or completely retires himself.

Best guess, Moffitt doesn't leave LSU unless dismissed. He has pretty deep Louisiana roots now.

I'm sure Texas has the money to make her happy, it's not like they can never move back.

Didn't Moffit turn down Saban when he offered the position at Bama?

If everyone knew the real story, you wouldn't have to worry. Moffit is here to stay. He and the wife.
He's had a ton of offers, he will be at LSU as long as he wants.

You don't hear about the Gayle Hatch connection, but that and his wife will keep him here.

I'd imagine his kid is an animal. What does he play and when can we start looking for him?

going to be a d-lineman. get's the size from his wife's side of the family and the agressive side from tommy.her brother played tackle for tennessee in the 90's.needless to say he is an animal in the weightroom.

I would be more worried about Florida and his connection to Muschamp.

Elias is his agent. He will continue to get offers. Agents are that way!! We will have to come up with money to keep him. Texas is a great place to raise a football player!!

sure hope LSU does something to revamp its 4qtr program though. Every year LSU is worn down towards the end of the year and not to mention the sub combine numbers LSU athletes put up.

I know Miles has cut back on a few things. Sure wish they would get Taekwondo back.

Possibly one of the dumbest things said on here this week............We had like 5 4th quarter comebacks this year. We need to REVAMP our qb play so we can sustain drives and keep our defense of the field.
