As they should, he had one job in major football as a passing game coordinator and had never been an OC. He had generational talent and Coach E call most of the plays. Yet, he is going to step into a rebuild situation in the NFL and expect to be a good OC. That was a bad move on his part, you could see that coming from a mile away.
