You really think Saban gives a shite about what some people may say about him if he takes what he thinks is a better deal and a new job like he has in the past.

Eh...he crossed that bridge back in December 2006 when he said, "I am not going to be the Alabama coach." The only reason that bold faced lie is not still stinkily hanging around his neck for most in the press is because they like winners more than they like roasting shitbags.
In other words, there is no amount of assholery that winning could not smooth over.
He is likely not going anywhere...but it certainly won't be because he has too much character.
