I just watched the first 2 parts. I thought the connections regarding where the various Sand Snakes are positioned, the Brave Companions link to the Red Viper, the connections to Lys and Tyrosh, and their seemingly endless ability to play every hand at once seems pretty intriguing. I can't wait to watch the rest of it.

So another theory I just saw that was wondering if it was already discussed (which I'm sure it has)and what the general opinion is.

Is Little Finger working with the Iron Bank? He was the master of coin, and somehow the Lannisters who always pay their debt was in massive debt when Ned Stark reached King's Landing.

Then we see Little Finger scheming with the Warden of the North into attempting to rebel against the Lannisters. In the long run, will they have to go to the iron bank to ask for money to help take the iron throne like Stannis did?

It seems like he is going to create a war to drive everyone into debt. When the iron bank comes collecting, who will be able to buy these free cities?

This may be too out there theory, but I like to think Little Finger is slowly making his move for the Iron Throne this way.

Kind of hard to say since Littlefinger seemed to have gone AWOL over the last few episodes. Plus, I think, as you say, he himself was master of coin when the Lannisters stopped paying. So I don't see why they would trust him.

I would like to see a little more Mace song and dance for the Iron Bank. And maybe Arya can hitch a ride back to Westeros on his ship.

The crown was in debt not House Lannister, if fact the crown owes them money as well.

If there were, I'd say that Meera is almost certainly that second child.

Some one explain this. I can't find anything about him telling Arya that

Edric Dayne was nursed by Wylla, a servant of House Dayne because his mother couldn't produce milk. Wylla was supposedly Jon's mom according to Ned and Edric. So hence, Edric and Jon are "milk brothers".

Ah I thought they meant his actual mother

The fact that Ned used the House Dayne Wet Nurse as a cover leads me to be more willing to believe the theory that Aurthur Dayne is still alive somewhere

Yeah I get that, but he need the nurse to be complicit in the lie. Don't think she would do that for someone who just killed The most famous member of their house

The Dayne's say Wylla is his mother, Wylla says a Dayne is his mother. So I chose to believe neither.

So, now that season 5 of the (GoT) show is done, which theories do you think are more probable and which are less probable? I'll throw out a couple that stand out to me:

More Probable:

Pink Letter is from Ramsey. The part about smashing Stannis is done and his "bride" and his Reek are missing. I'd guess that in the books, Theon and Jeyne must escape from Stannis' camp during the chaos of the battle.

Less Probable:

That Aegon is real or will go very far. They seemed to have skipped him in the show which would indicate to me that he was a red herring thrown in to fill time while the Merenese Knot was worked on.

Who does this sound like to everyone...?

quote:

Legendary Fighter: A man in his thirties or forties who is a great swordsman and a paragon of knighthood. He carries a famous sword. We are looking for the best swordsman in Europe to play this part. The show is seeking a very impressive swordsman for the role- the best in Europe, for a week of filming fight scenes for a season 6 role. His ethnicity/race isn’t specified, unlike many other roles.
