Regardless of all that, I wouldn't be surprised if Tommen is sitting the Iron Throne when the story is over.

I dunno. For that to happen, Maggie the Frog's prophecy would have to fail. While this is possible, I'd say the prophecy will be accurate.
And, I'm no expert on War of the Roses but I think pretty much all the original players (including the King at the outset) were dead by the time it ended and a distant Lancaster relative named Tudor ended up on the throne and married a York daughter uniting the competing factions.

It's not based on the War of the Roses the way you think. There were events in the War of the Five Kings that are very similar to someone of the events that happened in the War of the Roses.

I can't read it from work either, read it last night. Here are my version of the cliffs notes- LF promises Sansa's hand in marriage to Harry. It was a set up so the pedofile can steal Robert and LF can blame it on Harry and maintain control of the Vale.

That was the summary of it, and that Sansa may catch Lyn Corbray raping Sweetrobin but that there's nothing she can do since LF is the one enabling it.

The Tyrion theory I loathe entirely, but I go back and forth between the Jaime/Cersei one. It would confirm Tywin's blindness to his children and be a juicy bit of irony to Tywin's grave that Tyrion was his only true born son, and that Jaime actually went through with Aerys final order. But it's just too many secret Targs to really swallow even if I wouldn't mind Jaime and Cersei being Aerys kids.

IMO that would be way more controversial and shocking than Littlefinger raping Sansa or Sweetrobin dying because we expect both of those to happen.
