Well, none of his "uncles" are available except Stannis. Since Jaime has renounced all claims, he's out. Tyrion is banished. His only remaining "uncle" is Stannis, so I'd say him.
Except for that whole pesky war that Stannis is currently on the other side of the line on. So it will go to his older male cousin, which is, I believe:
Lancel Lannister.

Well, she IS supposed to wear a crown of gold before she wears a shroud if I'm remembering Maggy the Frog's prophecy.
Speaking of which - Wouldn't Maggy's prophecies have come a significant amount of time before the dragons were born? (Cersi was kind of young I think). I always kind of thought that most of the magic stuff like prophecies were a result of the increase in magic after he dragons hatched.

Thoros's sword was just a regular blade dipped in wildfire but yea I agree. Magic existed before the dragons it was just weak.
