so....it's pretty much like rugby. crazy idea, but if you aren't covered in protective gear, you generally don't go out and try to crack skulls, literally. It generally leads to smarter tackling. Although after watching that video, these guys are idiots that are going to get someone seriously hurt, if they hadn't already b/c they tackle as if they are wearing helmets.
