The only difference between Flores and Kaepernick is timing. Kaepernick's actions literally divided the NFL in all aspects. The players, the coaches, and administrations all had their own feelings about his messaging but were afraid to voice their true feelings out loud. His career for the most part was over...I mean, who would want a person like that on their team? He wasn't ever an elite quarterback to begin with so the extra baggage that he brought did him no favors. But, Nike poured millions into his bank account in their hopes to garner the black business that his message and their support for him would hopefully bring. Flores is no Kaepernick...although his claims seem to be cries of sour milk. I had respect for him prior to these assertions and vicious lies that he is spouting about anyone who didn't hire him. Amazing how he thinks that just because he didn't get hired as head coach for three NFL football teams, they are racists, and his skin color was the reason for not being chosen. Go away little man...and I hope you never coach again.

If only Johnny Cochran were alive we could fix this nonsense!

Flores wouldn’t hVe hired him. He hired an all white team of lawyers to handle his case. Six lawyers names from two firms are on the pleadings — all white. When Flores does the hiring he hires all white people. Cochran wouldn’t have been given a chance to help. Makes perfect sense in this clown world, though.

Flores the victim. Not sure I remember anyone lately blowing up their career the way this moron is.

Elway is a moron to respond in that forum at this time. The only time you respond to negative shite is when you think that it’s the only way left forward. Elway could and should have remained silent. Dumbass hubris.

teams would hire a purple and pink unicorn if they thought they'd win games. I'm so fatigued by the contact focus on race, in EVERY aspect of life. Hell, now math, and even roads, are racist.

Surely, at some point, Flores is going to bring in the Reverennnnnd Al Sharpton to help him with the shakedown.

Well that’s one way to guarantee you don’t get considered for any HC openings.

Being inebriated is the only way to explain how Elway took a pass on Flores (or anyone else) and hired Vic fricking Fangio instead

Ok, a couple of things here: 1. The fact that you feel the guy looked a little less than professional is not something to sue over. 2. I don’t care if Elway showed up in his pajamas with bed head, a 5 o’clock shadow, and white powder on his upper lip…he’s not the one asking for a job, so it’s not incumbent upon HIM to impress YOU.

I don’t think he wants a job. He’s looking to go the Kaepernick victimization route.
