As you know, Johnny Manziel is in Cabo on a well-deserved vacation. On Tuesday, he was showing off his digs with his friends. Then on Wednesday, a girl supposedly out there with him posted this picture of several bags of what appears to be drugs...

When asked by TMZ he said...
