Ofcourse he is right. But I’m not sure if thats the only difference. We still dont match up on the lines. LINK /

He spoke the truth...our offense had moments of brilliance, especially in the Georgia game, but we need consistency from the wide receivers, offensive line, and play calling. We need a Jarvis Landry type slot receiver who is fearless and can catch the ball. We need wideouts with speed like Devery Henderson and Eddie Kennison. We need Offensive Linemen like Andrew Whitworth, Alan Faneca and Kevin Mawae. When we finally get it all together, LSU football will find its' way back into the conversation of elite programs in college football. GO TIGERS!

He was a dick all year. He needs to dig deep into his Christian roots to find some humility. Arrogance can derail a bright future

Alabama sure did prove they could "score with the ball" against our defense.

Why are some many people whining about him throwing his teammates under the bus. Whatever happened to accountability? Did he specifically say it was the offensive players that are responsible for not scoring? No, he said WE meaning the team. Most of y'all got a stick up y'all arse because the kid made a business decision like anyone else would who had life changing money on the line. This offense is a fricking shite show and has been for a long time. How is this even news worthy?

Are you insulating that all the NFL bound seniors across the NCAA that are playing in their bowl games have made a bad "business decision"?

True statement against the gumps for sure. In all honesty in each game we struggled to move the ball for long stretches. Until we get a no joke impact, strike anywhere on the field, it'll be awhile before we beat the gumps. I've sat through 2 freaking shutouts in a row at TS. Still, greedy being greedy could have taken the high road and said he could have played better. atm targeted him often last game.

It needed to be said. Unfortunately the truth hurts. Especially when it comes from one of your own. Change can't and won't happen until someone from inside starts the conversation.

I thought there was a person or several that coached these kids on what to say and not say? How to conduct themselves and be ambassadors of the program.

In college ball it's about recruiting first, culture second, coaching third, and keeping kids in school. LSU recruits talent, Bama selects talent. LSU goes into the Bama game hoping to win, Bama goes in knowing they will win. Bama and LSU play pro-style offenses, but Bama is more focused, it shows every year. LSU plays more freshmen & sophomores, Bama plays more juniors and seniors. FACT- Every school that Bama plays is in the same boat, so whats everybody worked up about. LSU's 2 other losses were hard fought SEC away games against good caliber teams. Then again, I lived through the 90's teams when LSU was out of bowl contention after week 5.
