LSU is the victim of not firing coaches in the right year, limiting themselves to too few many options and too much competition for those options. With LSU's talent pipeline and resources, if you fire Ed Orgeron now you have access to three of the best coaches in the game Urban Meyer, Matt Campbell and Jamey Chadwell. All three of these guys have LSU on their shortlist if offered. This is the year the trigger needs to be pulled. The long-term damage to the program will far outweigh Ed's buyout
