Multiple sources are reporting that SEC presidents agreed Thursday to play a 10-game, conference-only schedule this fall.

The news means that LSU will lose it's marquee matchup vs. Texas at Tiger Stadium on Sept. 12, along with game vs. UTSA, at Rice, and vs. Nicholls St.

The Tigers only have eight conference games on the schedule for 2020 and will need to add two more SEC teams to complete the slate.

Looks like with no cupcakes our two freshman QB’s won’t even sniff the field. I wanted to see them play as well.

Too bad they couldn't do a real round robin. I guess 13 games was just too much. Can't we just kick out two of the also rans and do an 11 game play er'body schedule.

I know what you guys are saying and I truly believe our beloved legacy(fake news) media, Leftist retards on twitter, Dem imbecils and our almighty Marxist Academia adminisitrators have won this battle. But we fans still have a season and when its completed WE will win this War against anything America(SEC football, tailgaiting and drinking a cold one at Tiger Stadium)

About zero percentage chance any athlete would die from China flu...sad that it’s come to this. The left doesn’t care about science..which says people under age of 70 more likely to die of influenza than the China flu.

SEC Nationalism, I like it. Intensity week in and week out. Hopefully our guys won't be worn out by the end.

They will have 2 bye weeks in the schedule so they'll get some rest.

Bama probably gets: Vandy South Carolina Kentucky Missouri From the east.

They're likely going to keep their current schedule, just add two teams from the East. Bama will still have to play Georgia.

I don't understand what this accomplishes with regard to Covid19. It sounds more like an opportunistic conference/CBS money grab.

Until LSU condemns the BLM anti American, anti white, Marxist, terrorist group I could care less if they ever play a sport again. Spineless cowards run our flagship University. Thank the good Lord we were able to enjoy 2019 before these weaklings bowed to the mob.

Lol, it’s funny because you suck and now you can’t enjoy the only thing you probably care about.

I have been out of country, but I find it disturbing that LSU would not condemn those organizations. BLM is a self proclaimed Marxist group. That is not made up. Antifa is and has been declared a terror organization. IM sorry but I do not stand for or support either of those organizations.

Florida tried to use the virus to not have to play any conference games.

As we are expecting some rain this weekend, the Oct. 10th LSU vs Jhorts game will most likely be cancelled.
